Drop-In Facilitator (4)
HiTOPS Drop-In hours are held Monday-Thursday from 3-5 PM for youth ages 11-18. During Drop-In hours, youth can come by to hang out with friends and meet new ones, play video & board games, do arts & crafts projects, listen to music, complete homework, grab free snacks, clothes, and health products, borrow books from our LGBTQ+ Lending Library, relax, and more. Facilitators are supported by at least one staff member and/or Master of Social Work intern.
What we’re looking for:

Must be 18 or older

Available to support HiTOPS staff, interns, and youth members during Drop-In hours (3-5 PM Monday or Thursday)

In-person at HiTOPS (300 Witherspoon St, Ste 204, Princeton, NJ 08542)

Has relevant educational or professional experience, for example in social work, psychology, sociology, public health, etc.

Preferred: Can commit to a regular schedule (eg: every other Thursday)

Willing to undergo a background check prior to beginning the role, at HiTOPS expense
