Friday, May 30 – Princeton Borough Pride Flag Raising
We are kicking off Pride Month with Princeton Borough’s annual Pride flag Raising Ceremony at Monument Park on Friday, May 30 at noon!

Sunday, June 1 – Gentle Yoga and Guided Meditation Fundraiser with Sault Haus
Join us for a rejuvenating morning of gentle yoga and guided meditation led by certified yoga instructor Sophia Heller. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, this session offers a welcoming and inclusive space for all bodies and experience levels.
Proceeds from the event will go toward supporting HiTOPS so come stretch, breathe, and give back to a good cause. There is a $50 suggested donation. Register here!

Monday, June 2 – Community SOGIE Event with Princeton Public Library
Join Thomas Foley, HiTOPS Senior Education Manager who will present an introduction to terms and concepts related to sexual orientation, gender identity and expression (SOGIE). This workshop is for everyone but will be especially helpful for parents and anyone who works with teens!

Friday, June 6 – Pride on the Plaza Community Dance Party
Join us at Hinds Plaza for a community celebration dance party! There will be live music by EAMC Disco Funk Machine, and a special performance by Divinity Banks as well as costume “walk offs.”
This event is FREE for the entire community and all ages are welcome!

Saturday, June 14 – BRSJC Princeton Pride Parade & After-Party
Hosted and led by our friends at the Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice, come march with us at Princeton Pride!
Our contingent will meet at HiTOPS HQ at 10:30 a.m. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable shoes to march in, and water!

Friday, June 20 – Salt + Serenity: A Sound Bath Experience Fundraiser with Sault Haus
Join Ash Shea, certified practitioner of sound healing and vibrational therapies, for an immersive experience in a Himalayan salt cave. Spots are limited for this event, and there’s a suggested donation fee of $50. Register here!
Sunday, June 29 – Summer Mind & Body Reset Fundraiser with Sault Haus
Guided by Nancy Perez, RT, E-RYT, this immersive session will combine breathwork, gentle movement, and grounding practices to help you release tension and realign with the rhythms of the season. Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge as both a registered respiratory therapist and experienced yoga teacher, creating a nurturing space for deep healing and connection.
