Like other Americans who support the rights of Trans and Nonbinary people, we at HiTOPS abhor the recent Supreme Court Decision which upholds the Tennessee law that bans the provision of Trans-affirming care to youth.
Trans-affirming care is literally life-saving care. We condemn this ban that will have a devastating effect on so many lives.
For now, New Jersey remains a state that protects Trans rights and affirming healthcare.
HiTOPS will continue to offer direct support, resources and information to Trans youth and the adults who care for them. Youth of all identities are welcome to weekly, in-person drop-in hours throughout the summer on Tuesdays from 3-6 pm at HiTOPS headquarters.

GATHER WITH OTHERS: GSE is organizing a gathering on Saturday, June 21, 10:30 a.m. at the Asbury Park Post Office. (Juneteenth celebration to follow.)
