Celebrating the 7th Annual HiTOPS Trans Youth Forum

April 28, 2021 By HiTOPS

We can’t believe it’s been a month since the 7th Annual HiTOPS Trans Youth Forum. This year’s Forum welcomed close to 160 young people, parents, teachers, allies, and community leaders from across the globe!
Throughout the day, the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) conducted live interviews that explored the lives of our speakers and connected over their shared experiences. We were truly inspired, not only by our speakers but by the confidence and delight of the YAB. One speaker, Ianne Fields Stewart, reminded all trans and nonbinary youth in attendance:
“You are worth it. You are worth being all of yourself.
You are worth fighting for… You will be loved.”
If you were unable to join us, you can catch some (or all!) of the interviews and spotlight videos via our YouTube Playlist.
Give us your feedback on the Trans Youth Forum and you could win a prize pack!
