Educational Programs for Professionals It is important for teachers and other professionsls working with teens to continuosly update their knowledge of sexuality issues. HiTOPS offers programs that qualify for Professional Development Hours for educators, counselors, health professionals, and other youth-serving adults. Our programs are also approved by the NJ Department of Education for Continuing Education Hours and meet with the NJ Core Curriculum Content Standards. HiTOPS currently offers programs for professionals on the following topics: Creating More Inclusive Schools for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, & Transgender Youth Using Theater & Peers in Sex Ed
